Landscape Maintenance Manager

Viking Landscape Co. is a full-service landscape maintenance, snow and ice management, and landscape development company based in North Reading, MA. The company has been serving clients throughout the region for over 30 years and has experienced significant growth in recent years.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their day-to-day point of contact
• Communicate proactively by staying ahead of needs, keeping clients informed, and following through
• Identify opportunities to improve properties and recommend enhancements that add value
• Work closely with ownership and field teams to ensure work is executed at a high level
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance and snow operations
• Provide field oversight of maintenance and enhancement crews
• Manage a portfolio of snow and ice management accounts
• Train and support team members in equipment operation, safety, quality, and efficiency

• Experienced in landscape, construction, or snow operations with 5 plus years preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
