Client Services Representative
Viking Gymnastics currently has an opening for a caring, energetic, detail-oriented Client Services Representative. This full-time (30 hours) position requires a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend hours (primarily Sundays)
Preferred skills & qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of Customer Service related experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building
- Knowledge of basic gymnastics skills or experience in the performing arts or sports is a plus
Client Services duties include, but are not limited to:
- Register clients in the company’s database and ensure accurate and up-to-date student records are maintained
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing information via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client and student management as needed
- Merchandise products, ensuring they are properly displayed, organized, and stocked according to company standards
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including refilling toilet paper, soap, and paper towels in restrooms and ensuring other facility supplies are stocked
