Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Fence Sales Estimator and be a key player in our thriving company. We are seeking an experienced individual to take charge of permanent fence sales in the San Antonio area, responsible for estimating project costs, managing bid submissions, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects while working collaboratively with leadership. **This is a commission-based pay structure**
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source new customer opportunities and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain a customer base of at least 5 clients, including General Contractors.
- Estimate project costs, manage bid submissions, and execute pricing strategies.
- Review specifications, attend pre-bid meetings, and analyze project requirements.
- Coordinate and respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI).
- Source and manage a team of installers to ensure high-quality, on-time project completion.
- Develop project schedules, equipment plans, and staging plans.
- Work with internal teams for invoicing, collections, and subcontract negotiations.
- Attend sales meetings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage project submittals, schedules, and budgets for maximum profitability.
- Follow up on post-bid projects and complete special projects as needed.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Reliable transportation required.
- Travel throughout central Texas and surrounding areas.
- Ability to visit and move about construction job sites.

- This is a commissions-based position with set targets and unlimited earning potential. Starting salary will be a temporary draw against commissions.
