Route Sales Representative
Location: Oshkosh, WI or Green Bay, WI
Job type: Full time
Schedule: 7:00am or 7:30am Start time, Monday - Friday
Hourly pay: $22.00-$27.00
- Compensation for this position includes hourly pay, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver products to customer sites and manage inventory using digital tools.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow sales.
- Collaborate with our sales team to increase Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) revenue.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Motor Vehicle Policy requirements.
- Must be 21 and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work independently.
