What would you do as a Operations Supervisor

As a Full-Time Operations Supervisor at Viking Coca Cola, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our distribution team. You'll provide ongoing training to drivers and merchandisers, ensuring they understand merchandising standards and company policies through hands-on instruction during deliveries. Accuracy and compliance are key; you'll oversee paperwork from invoicing to load sheets, while also managing vehicle maintenance communications. Your leadership will extend to coordinating work schedules, approving time off requests, and managing overtime expenses. You'll assist in performance reviews, contribute to employee interviews, and even recommend pay changes based on performance metrics.

Learning all branch routes, you'll occasionally run routes as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
