Your Mission Control
As the Administrative Assistant - North Branch, you'll keep our North Branch office humming-supporting customers and teammates while safeguarding accuracy, cash handling, and smooth admin flow. This entry-level, full-time, onsite role runs Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM at 40790 Fletcher Ave, North Branch, MN 55056, paying $19.00-$20.00/hour.
Key responsibilities:
- Support customers and employees by phone, email, fax, and in person
- Enter data for inventory, accounts, invoices, and reports
- Maintain files, track documents, and order office supplies
- Reconcile route collections and prepare bank deposits
- Process A/P, A/R, petty cash, and purchase orders
- Assist with safety tracking and hiring paperwork
Required skills/qualifications:
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization, time management, and sharp attention to detail
- Clear, customer-service communication (written and verbal)
- Experience with multi-line phones and standard office equipment
- Basic accounting knowledge plus confidentiality and discretion
