As Director of Home Market, you’ll ignite growth across Viking Coca-Cola’s “take home” business—expanding channels, sharpening execution, and protecting profitability through disciplined compliance and smart analysis.
Key Responsibilities Include
Your Onsite Rhythm
Your mornings start in Saint Cloud with a fast scan of performance signals—CPact dashboards, contract notes, and pricing snapshots—then you’re on the move: a headquarters call with a chain, a quick huddle with Sales/Marketing to align next steps, and a check-in with Operations to anticipate volume swings.
By midday, you’re in the market—walking beverage sets, spotting cold-vault wins, and turning “good” execution into standout presence. Later, you’re back onsite shaping the next push: polishing a report, tuning an incentive plan, and clearing the path for the field team before the week’s momentum peaks. Some weekends, you’ll be hands-on with sell-downs to keep the playbook sharp and the shelves ready.

Lead the Home Market
As Director of Home Market, you’ll ignite growth across Viking Coca-Cola’s “take home” business—expanding channels, sharpening execution, and protecting profitability through disciplined compliance and smart analysis.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Build and refine programs, procedures, and SOPs that accelerate Home Market expansion
- Drive Key Account compliance to CTM/CMA contracts; report performance via CPact and available tools
- Manage funding tied to non-compliance, including deductions as needed
- Grow immediate-consumption opportunities inside take-home outlets (e.g., cold vaults, FLMs)
- Keep market pricing competitive; deliver financially backed recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Cold Drink, and field teams; develop incentives and training
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 5–10 years developing marketing strategies (beverage industry preferred)
- Excel and word processing proficiency; AS400 helpful; 10-key, basic math
- Professional communication, strong accuracy, multitasking, discretion
