Viking Fire Protection Group is searching for a qualified individual to join our team in Omaha, NE as a Fire Protection Inspector. The Fire Protection Inspector is responsible for testing and inspection of fire and life safety systems including, but not limited to, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire extinguishers, backflow preventers and special hazards fire protection systems. The Inspector will provide accurate and detailed inspections reports with all proper documentation of improvements and complications and assist in selling VFPG services for any identified deficiencies.

Job Qualifications
- Good verbal / written communication & customer service skills
- Mechanical & math aptitude
- Valid state drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Any trade experience preferred; at least 2 years' trade experience a plus
- Previous experience in the fire protection industry preferred
- Valid state Driver’s License required
- NICET Certification is preferred (or willingness and ability to obtain)
