About Us
Viking Attachments is a young, growing manufacturer of vibratory pile drivers and heavy equipment attachments, built in-house from start to finish. We’re about a year and a half into production and building the processes, the team, and the reputation that will carry us for the long haul. This is a chance to get in early and help shape how our shop runs.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day shop operations and keep production on schedule
- Fabricate, assemble, and test vibratory pile drivers and attachments
- Read and work from drawings, specs, and work instructions
- Guide and train shop staff, and set the standard for quality and safety
- Help develop and improve shop procedures as we grow
- Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues
- Keep the shop, tools, and equipment organized and maintained
What We Need From You
- 1 year of experience in fabrication, heavy equipment, or a manufacturing shop
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
- Welding and fabrication skills a big plus
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Experience leading or training others is a plus
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
