Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts) Status: Full-time, on-site

Shop Support
- Assist welders, assemblers, and technicians with day-to-day shop tasks.
- Move, organize, and prepare materials for fabrication and assembly.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
- Support loading, unloading, and staging of materials and equipment.
- Assist with parts handling, general maintenance, and tool prep.
- Assemble hydraulic and mechanical components per drawings and specifications.
- Install hoses, fittings, seals, and hardware to required torque and pressure standards.
- Perform inspections and assist in functional testing of assembled components.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality assurance processes.
- Communicate effectively with the Shop Foreman and production leads to meet deadlines.
- Support pre-fit, fabrication, and testing during VMV production.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or industrial shop work preferred (will train qualified candidates).
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or assembly instructions.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated to learn hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on work daily.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
