Job Overview
We’re looking for a hardworking, safety-focused Warehouse Associate who isn’t afraid to get dirty and takes pride in doing things the right way. This role is hands-on and physical, supporting seed receiving, drying, material movement, and general production operations using forklifts and processing equipment.

Responsibilities
- Safely move product using forklifts and other equipment
- Receive and dry seed, move product, collect samples, and maintain metal bins
- Perform physically demanding work in a production environment
- Ensure all process information is complete and accurate before entry into the FileMaker system
- Submit complete and accurate documentation and work orders
- Assist with training seasonal and temporary employees
- Maintain excellent housekeeping to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Actively support and enforce Vikima USA safety, health, and operational policies
- Maintain required licenses and certifications
- Assist other departments as directed by the Supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Forklift trained and/or certified (required)
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, including foot controls and sustained seated operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to squat, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout a full shift
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, including database systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed
- Additional licenses may be required based on operational needs
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Industrial/production environment
- Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
- Physically active role requiring consistent movement and manual labor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
