Responsibilities
- Promote and sell life insurance products to clients
- Recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Provide guidance and support to new agents to help them succeed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and recruitment goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to build relationships
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities
- Active Life Insurance License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in insurance sales or recruiting is a plus
- Knowledge of different life insurance products and policies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
