Purpose:
In this role you will be working in a shipping station with a small team of employees, you will package and process customer orders for parcel shipment accurately and within lead time. We pride ourselves on same-day or next-day order fulfillment!

Responsibilities:
- Process and Package Customer Orders
- Receive a variety of bulk orders from pickers
- Build/modify boxes as necessary per packaging/shipper requirements
- Ensure all orders are packaged with the correct product and quantity
- Ensure all orders are processed for shipment accurately, utilizing Vikan North America’s shipping software and/or carrier websites as required
- Affix the necessary and correct shipping labels and/or documentation to the appropriate package(s)/pallet(s)
- Place package(s)/pallet(s) in the designated area for carrier pick-up
- Orders should be packaged in a way that protects the product during transit and minimizes the amount of open space/air in the box(es) or on the pallet(s)
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and observe company housekeeping standards.
- Complete weekly Shine assignment
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of order fulfillment experience
- Able to reason and work within a set of standards while using logic and math skills
- Must be able to stand and move around individual station for duration of shift
- Must be able to consistently kneel, lift, reach, pack, and transfer small items, rarely exceeding 20 pounds but sometimes awkward.
Preferences:
- Experience fulfilling for Amazon is highly desired
- Basic computer skills with WMS experience a strong plus
