We are seeking a self-motivated, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure every guest has a "Chronic" experience. Our team is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of excellence and innovation within the restaurant industry. Located in Danville, CA, we aim to be a cornerstone of the local community.

Your Role as a Leader:
- As a key leader, you will embody a professional demeanor and work closely with both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.
- Drive Growth: Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop the Team: Recruit, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Master the Menu: Collaborate on menu development and manage purchasing with beverage vendors.
- Ensure Excellence: Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high standards for food quality and cleanliness.
- Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash, analyze data to meet gross expectations, and generate performance reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Food and Beverage management. Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food service industry is beneficial.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree preferred).
- Skills: Strong verbal/written communication and tech proficiency for reporting and effectively coordinating with staff and addressing customer needs.
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can handle high-pressure situations with excellence in customer service.
- Team Building: Experience in Hiring and team management, including the ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Customer Service: Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a superior guest experience and promptly address customer concerns.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the day and lift up to 25 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year
