Job Summary:
We are seeking a System Integration Specialist to support client integrations and operational process design within a logistics and fulfillment environment. This role focuses on translating client requirements into efficient workflows across warehouse, order management, and transportation systems while ensuring smooth onboarding and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process design and implementation for new client integrations
- Translate business requirements into system workflows, configurations, and SOPs
- Support system mappings, data flows, and integrations (EDI/API) with IT teams
- Document end-to-end processes including order intake, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and billing
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization
- Act as a liaison between clients, operations, and technical teams
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations
- Experience translating business requirements into system/process solutions
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
