Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and drive complex enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution and delivery from initiation through completion.
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies.
- Manage and maintain project activities, user stories, and sprint tracking in Jira.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and matrixed teams to gather updates and ensure alignment.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project health.
- Partner closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Drive accountability and ownership across project teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management.
Required Skills
- 10 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project management tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, matrixed teams.
- Strong project planning, execution, and risk management capabilities.
- Experience leading daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience managing enterprise-level technology projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
