Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity
- Install and maintain security software and protocols
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person
- Train employees on the use of new software and hardware
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades

Qualifications:
