Position Overview


VIGO is seeking a highly capable and driven Creative & Marketing Director to lead the evolution of our brand and growth strategy.


This role is responsible for shaping how VIGO shows up across every customer touchpoint—balancing strong creative direction with disciplined, results-oriented marketing execution.


This role sits at the center of brand and growth.


You’ll lead how VIGO shows up visually and strategically, while also driving the marketing engine behind it. It’s a unique opportunity for someone who loves both sides of the equation: strong creative and real business impact.

Key Responsibilities


Brand & Creative Leadership


Lead and refine VIGO’s visual identity and brand voice across all channels. Ensure a consistent, premium experience across digital platforms, retail environments, and product presentation.


Integrated Marketing Strategy


Develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels (including Amazon, Wayfair, and Home Depot).


Content & Creative Execution


Oversee the development of high-quality creative assets, including product storytelling, digital campaigns, landing pages, email marketing, and video content—ensuring both strong aesthetics and performance.


AI & Innovation


Use AI and emerging tools to unlock faster production, better testing, and smarter workflows. Stay curious and keep the team ahead of the curve.


Performance & Optimization


Partner with E-Commerce and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with key performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to continuously test, refine, and improve outcomes.


Team Leadership & Development


Lead and mentor a strong, collaborative team across creative and marketing. Create an environment where people do their best work and push each other higher.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


Partner with Product, Tech, and Leadership to make sure everything we do is aligned—from product launches to campaigns to long-term strategy.


Operational Excellence


Put the right processes in place so great work happens consistently, efficiently, and at scale.


Qualifications


8 years of experience in creative and/or marketing leadership roles, ideally within home, interiors, or premium consumer brands

Demonstrated ability to balance brand-building with performance-driven marketing

The ability to think big and execute day-to-day; at both a strategic and executional level

Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative and marketing workflows

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo) and marketplace ecosystems

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern marketing tools

Proven experience managing and developing teams

A portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work and measurable impact

Portfolio Required


Applicants should include a portfolio or case studies that demonstrate creative leadership, marketing effectiveness, and, where applicable, the use of innovative tools or technologies.
