- Draft and send clear, professional claimant-facing notices and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders (legal, finance, program staff) to resolve issues.
- Support payment processing, tracking, and reconciliation in coordination with finance.

- Proven involvement in at least one multi-million-dollar fund or program with hundreds of claimants.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload (e.g., dozens of claims per week) with strict deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with secure electronic intake and tracking systems (claims/case management tools, custom databases, etc.).
- Strong understanding of payment and basic tax-reporting considerations related to settlement or award payments.
- Excellent written communication skills and comfort drafting clear instructions and notices to claimants.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with employment-related, civil rights, or similar legally sensitive programs.
- Experience working with government agencies or public-sector clients.
- Background in both program design and day-to-day claims processing.
- Familiarity with data privacy, confidentiality, and security best practices.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Location: Remote within the United States.
- Schedule: Full-time during peak claims periods; flexibility required to meet program milestones.
- Duration: Multi-year program (subject to contract award and client timelines).
