Job Summary
Vigilant Private Security is looking for dependable and vigilant Unarmed Security Guards to provide safety and security for a 24-hour job site. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a guard in a distribution center environment, have open availability to cover various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and lives in the San Leandro or surrounding areas.
MUST have a guard card and reliable transportation.
Weekends, overnight shifts, and overtime required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Protecting Property from theft or damage
- Protecting persons from hazards or interference
- Serving a fixed post, guard shack, clerical work
- Access control, working with truck drivers and employees
- Foot patrols of yard and fence line
