Licensed Clinical Therapist

Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) for a part-time, long-term hybrid opportunity in Frederick, MD.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced LCSW-Cs, Clinical Therapists, and Clinical Supervisors looking to work in a growing outpatient mental health clinic alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary care team that includes psychiatric providers.

LCSW-C Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy through telehealth and in-person sessions
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans
• Treat a diverse caseload from children to older adults, including serious mental illness, trauma, co-occurring substance use, and adjustment concerns
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT-informed skills, and motivational interviewing
• Provide clinical supervision and documentation review for master's-level clinicians, as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with psychiatric providers and community partners

LCSW-C Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Maryland LCSW-C license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of post-master's outpatient mental health experience
• Board-approved supervisor status (social work and/or alcohol and drug), or eligibility to supervise LMSWs, strongly preferred
• Experience treating serious mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring disorders
• Comfortable delivering telehealth, with a private workspace and reliable internet
• Strong clinical documentation skills; EHR experience preferred

Schedule

• Part-time | 15–20 hours per week, with room to grow
• Flexible weekday daytime and evening sessions; mostly telehealth with periodic onsite sessions in Frederick, MD
• Immediate start available
