Job Summary
Vigil Cyber is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) and MSSP delivering cutting-edge IT and security solutions. We are looking for a tenacious, well-spoken Appointment Setter to help us expand our footprint. Your mission is simple: get our executives in front of decision-makers at mid-to-enterprise level companies.

Pay & Benefits
- Base Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Hours: Part-time (Up to 32 hours per week)
- Incentives: Competitive commission and bonus structure for every meeting set and every deal closed.
- Flexibility: Create your own schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- Full comp at goal = $70-$95k/yr
Key Responsibilities
- The Outreach: Conduct outbound cold calls to executives and decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Directors of IT).
- The Hook: Effectively communicate our value proposition in cybersecurity and managed IT services.
- The Goal: Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for our senior sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in our CRM.
- Follow-Up: Execute multi-touch outreach strategies including email follow-ups after initial calls.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Voice: A professional, confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- The Grit: Resilience in the face of "no" and the persistence to get past gatekeepers.
- The Skill: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales is a major plus (but we will train the right personality).
- The Tech: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft 365/Teams knowledge.
