VIGEO Health is hiring PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) / Occupational Therapy Assistants for skilled home health visits across Northern Virginia. Choose your coverage area, set your availability, and earn $60-$75 per visit with mileage reimbursement.

VIGEO Health is a Medicare-certified, CHAP-accredited skilled home health agency serving Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties.

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions under OT-established Plans of Care
• Support patients with ADLs, functional mobility, upper extremity use, home safety, energy conservation, and adaptive techniques
• Reinforce patient and caregiver education, home programs, and safety strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or concerns to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary care team
• Complete timely visit documentation aligned with Medicare home health standards and agency expectations

Requirements

• Active Virginia Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• 1-2 years clinical experience
• Home health experience preferred; skilled nursing, rehab, outpatient, acute care, or geriatric experience welcome
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable with at least 8 visits/month (PRN); weekend availability is optional unless separately agreed upon
