Position Overview
VIEWS FC is seeking a passionate and reliable Soccer Coach to join our coaching staff. This role involves leading age-appropriate training sessions, supporting match-day preparation, and contributing positively to a collaborative coaching environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead organized, engaging training sessions
- Teach technical, tactical, and positional concepts appropriate to age and level
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and growth-focused team culture
- Communicate effectively with players, families, and club staff
- Support player evaluations, preseason training, and tryouts
- Attend scheduled trainings, games, and club meetings as required
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to maintain consistent standards across teams
Qualifications
- Prior experience coaching youth or competitive soccer (club experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of player development principles
- Ability to manage groups and maintain a professional training environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Coaching licenses preferred (USSF, USC, or equivalent)
Schedule
- Afternoon and early evening trainings
- Typically 2–3 days per week
- Weekend games as scheduled
