General Manager -Viewpoint Windows & Doors - Jackson, WY Marketplace

Lead, build, and transform a premier luxury window and door business in one of the most design-driven markets in the country.

We are seeking a General Manager to lead and reset our Jackson Hole market.

This is not a maintenance role—this is a build-and-lead opportunity.

The Jackson market has a strong foundation, deep customer relationships, and significant growth potential. It also requires alignment, structure, and leadership to fully realize that potential.

You will be responsible for:

·        Establishing clear leadership and accountability in the market

·        Driving profitable growth through disciplined sales execution

·        Building a high-performing, aligned team

·        Strengthening relationships with builders, architects, and key partners

This is an opportunity to take a respected but fragmented operation and build a best-in-class market within the Viewpoint platform.

·        Lead all aspects of the Jackson operation: sales, service, and customer experience

·        Drive revenue and profitability through focused sales execution and margin discipline

·        Establish clear structure and accountability across the team

·        Build and coach a high-performing sales organization focused on consultative selling

·        Actively engage builders and architects to drive demand and expand market presence

·        Simplify and implement systems and processes that support (not hinder) sales execution

·        Align product mix, vendor relationships, and training with market demand

·        Partner with executive leadership to align strategy, culture, and execution

·        Work with manufacturer and architectural reps to drive product demand, grow brand awareness, and deliver exceptional service.

·        7–10 years of leadership experience in construction, building materials, or related industries. Ideal candidate will have experience in custom windows and doors.

·        Proven ability to lead through change and build alignment in evolving environments

·        Strong P&L ownership with a track record of driving profitable growth

·        Deep understanding of builder/architect-driven sales environments

·        High accountability leader who can balance people, performance, and process

·        Comfortable being both external-facing (market leader) and internal operator (team builder)

·        Able to simplify complexity and turn strategy into execution
