Viewpoint is looking for a Program Manager to join the team. This role requires a strong work ethic, passion for Democratic politics, a high level of organization, and the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced campaign environment. This position would assist with planning and executing paid digital media campaigns.
In this role you will:
- Support Directors in the creation of media plans and advertising strategy for campaigns
- Assist in client management and client communication
- Maintain high organization to make sure campaigns run smoothly
- Support the management and optimization of in-flight campaigns, tracking performance and pacing to make recommendations to maximize impact
- Work collaboratively with other members of the ad ops team as well as the broader team to support launch and reporting
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed at Viewpoint:
- The ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Self-directed mindset with the ability to take ownership of troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Have meticulous attention to detail while planning and launching campaigns and running QAs
- Passion for political change and electing strong Democratic leaders
- Any previous experience in ad buying is preferred
