Duties
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of recording sessions, ensuring all equipment is properly prepared and maintained
- Support artists and producers during recording sessions by managing schedules and coordinating studio time
- Maintain accurate records of session bookings, equipment usage, and client information through organized filing systems
- Conduct basic analysis of audio recordings to ensure quality standards are met before final delivery
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
- Support legal research related to licensing agreements or copyright considerations when necessary
- Help with studio cleanliness, equipment inventory management, and troubleshooting technical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Strong analysis skills with an eye for detail in audio quality and administrative accuracy
- Experience with legal research or understanding of licensing procedures is a plus
