About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll serve as the checkpoint for accuracy and consistency across our workflows. You’ll verify execution against SOPs, identify anomalies, and escalate issues that need higher-level resolution. This role is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in “getting it right,” keeping meticulous records, and ensuring operational processes run to standard every single time.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify workflows and task completion against established SOPs
- Conduct pre- and post-execution checks to confirm accuracy
- Identify irregularities or edge cases and escalate appropriately
- Maintain complete and transparent documentation of actions and outcomes
- Perform field-based verifications or client-specific checks (local travel required)
