ViewCrew is growing fast, and we're building out our permanent lighting crew. This is skilled, demanding work — and we're looking for genuinely handy, hardworking people who want to master a craft and take real pride in a finished product.

In just 5 years we've grown from 2 crews to a team of45 employees. We've upgraded our trucks, equipment, and shop, and built a team culture that people actually enjoy being part of.

Permanent lighting is our premium high ticket sevrice— and it's hard. Done right, our work disappears into the house by day and lights it up by night. That takes someone who's rock-solid on a ladder, comfortable with tools, and able to read how a home is built. What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing permanent track lighting on homes and commercial properties
• Mounting and shaping track to fit rooflines, gables, turns, and peaks — cutting clean angles with a chop saw / miters
• Driving track with a drill while working from a ladder, often at full height
• Drilling through garages and exterior walls to route power and wire
• Lifting vinyl siding to tuck wire behind it, running wire through soffits, and going into attics to feed wire out to dormers
• Reading how a home's exterior is built so you can hide wire where no one will ever see it — the hardest and most satisfying part of the craft
• Setting up smart controllers, syncing them to the app, and walking every customer through their new system
• Problem-solving a new layout on every house
• Delivering clean, "looks like there's nothing there" results that wow homeowners

This is demanding, skilled work. We provide paid training on our lighting system and all the equipment you need — but you should already be handy and completely comfortable on a ladder before day one.

What We're Looking For:

• Real hands-on ability — handyman, construction, or trades background (this is NOT an entry-level gig)
• Genuinely comfortable and confident on ladders and at heights, all day
• Able to run a drill accurately while on a ladder
• Understands how home exteriors work — siding, soffits, attics, dormers — or picks it up fast
• Obsessive attention to detail (this work is ALL about the finished look)
• Excellent customer service — you're the face of ViewCrew on someone's home
• Reliable & on time (ALWAYS)
• Strong work ethic, team player, and a problem-solver who won't settle for "good enough"
• Physically capable of manual labor in all weather conditions
• Valid Driver's License reliable transportation to/from work
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and crew

Handyman, construction, roofing, electrical, HVAC, painting, or masonry experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

• 6.5% - 7% Commission of Weekly Revenue ( resulting in $350-$550 daily ) · Paid Training)
