Responsibilities
- Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, highlighting, balayage, and other hair services.
- Conduct client consultations to recommend styles, services, and retail products.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with guests through outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
- Stay current on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Collaborate with the salon team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Recommend home-care products to help clients maintain healthy hair.
Qualifications
- Current South Carolina Cosmetology License.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Passion for continuing education and professional growth.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Existing clientele is a plus but not required.
