This is a job for an experienced attorney who is skilled, knowledgeable, and self-assured in handling a workload with considerable autonomy while working with an excellent legal team.
Compensation is flexible and commensurate with experience and competence. The salary plan includes a base wage as well as production and performance bonuses. We offer [BENEFITS]. We also pay for authorized voluntary bar memberships, ongoing legal education, and bar dues.

$90,000 - $160,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Generate letters and legal papers for contract negotiations and actions, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, depositions, and settlement agreements
- Meet or succeed key performance indicators designed for the position
- Create a legal strategy based on the aims of each client, the circumstances of the case, and applicable law
- Distribute tasks to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their progress while remaining fully responsible for the final result and meeting all deadlines
- Arrange client meetings to discuss legal strategies, evaluate options, and work relentlessly to determine the best course of action
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements
- Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
- Must have passed the bar exam and be a member in good standing with [[STATE/FEDERAL]] Bar Association
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school
- Must have a proven track record of experience practicing as an attorney
- Licensed and in good standing with the WSBA
- Ability to attend court and meetings in person in Snohomish, King & Pierce Counties
