Vieti Coffee is dedicated to bringing tradition of Vietnamese coffee to our community. Our coffee is brewed using expresso machines and phin filter technique, a slow-drip method that creates a bold, smooth, and deeply flavorful cup.

Job Overview
As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality Vietnamese coffee and beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only preparing coffee and other drinks but also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve authentic Vietnamese coffee, matcha, teas and other drinks according to standard recipes.
- Educate customers about our brewing methods and coffee culture.
- Provide friendly service in a warm, community-focused atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organized workspace.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling practices are adhered to at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service
- Previous barista and customer service experience preferred
- Willing to learn about coffee brewing methods and adapt to team environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
