Position: Concierge - FT - Skilled Nursing Facility
Job Type: Full-time 2pm-10:30pm

As the Concierge, you are one of the first impressions for all our visitors at St. Elizabeth. Your warm and welcoming disposition play a very important role in providing residents, families and visitors with excellent customer service.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet new residents and their families, providing tours of the facility and answering any questions they may have.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families, ensuing they have access to information about facility services, activities, and local resources.
- Coordinate appointments for residents with various healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and specialists.
- Assists with dining, entertainment, and other activities, ensuring residents have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Assist resident with daily tasks.
- Address resident concerns and requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, representing the facility in a positive and welcoming manner.
- Works closely with other facility staff, including nurses, therapist, and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of resident preferences, requests, and activity participation
Other duties as assigned to support St. Elizabeth's commitment to providing excellent customer service.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- A valid CNA license/certification preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in retirement living, nursing homes, or adult day care is preferred.
