Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Staff AI Engineer to join our team on-site at our Lake Oswego, OR location. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms with a focus on solving complex problems. You will be responsible for advancing efforts in pattern recognition, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and software development projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include researching new AI methodologies, creating technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing the performance and scalability of AI systems.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, with expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- Proficiency in developing and implementing AI/ML models, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience in Software Development, including writing clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to create innovative AI solutions
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred
- Prior experience in consulting or working within agile cross-functional teams is a plus
