Vienne is hiring an early morning Baker. We are open to both full time or part time. Job duties include baking, shaping and proofing various croissants and bread in the morning, mixing and shaping bread and doing various other prep. Start time would be 4:00 am and typically goes till between 1pm and 2pm. 8 hour shifts minimum.
