What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs effectively
- Implement and evaluate nursing care plans using the nursing process
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and infection control protocols
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
- Current Louisiana RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ ER nursing experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols
