- Shift: Flexible hours between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $5.00 – $100.00 per completed service or patient setup
- Additional Compensation: Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
- Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; mileage reimbursement included
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and evaluations
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
- Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen systems, PAP therapy, infant monitors, and other respiratory devices
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance
- Adjust ventilator settings per physician orders and patient needs
- Provide follow-up care and ongoing clinical support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support orientation and training of new staff as needed
What You Need:
- Required: Active RRT license, Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Preferred: Hospital respiratory therapy or home healthcare experience, familiarity with ventilator management, related science degree, 1 years of clinical experience
- Skills: Strong patient communication, organization, independence, problem-solving, trust-building
