Job Description:
We are seeking qualified Physicians - Stroke Center to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams at various locations across New York State.
Locations Available:
- Watertown, NY: 3 days per week
- Albany, NY: 1 day per week
- Rochester, NY: 1 day per week
- Buffalo, NY: 1 day per week
- Syracuse, NY: 1 day per week
- Hornell, NY: 1 day per week
- Ithaca, NY: 1 day per week
- Jamestown, NY: 1 day per week
- Valhalla, NY: 1 day per week
- Watertown, NY: 1 day per week
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R
- VA DMA certifications
- Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardiovascular conditions
- Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
- Own personal laptop (NO MACs)
Rate Structure:
Hourly Overtime Holiday rates are NOT applicable with VES. All TBI/Gen Med providers must follow the rate structure below.
- Half-day Rate: $1000 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT, no admin time)
- Daily Rate: $2000 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT, no admin time)
- Bonus: one-time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and working first shift/exam local candidates only (travel included in rates)
