Leasing Specialist – Student Housing

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes to students and achieve monthly leasing goals
• Conduct in-person and virtual apartment tours
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text to close leases
• Maintain accurate prospect data in Entrata or property management systems
• Support marketing initiatives and campus outreach efforts
• Assist with renewals, move-ins, and resident events
• Maintain leasing office and model apartment standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and parents
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
  

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in apartment leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable working weekends during peak leasing season
• Goal-oriented and performance-driven
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
