- We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and constantly evolving environment.
- In this role, you will be a team mentor, dedicated to helping your team succeed.
- Flexibility and adaptability are key, as we are not a purist shop. You will facilitate refinement meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will establish metrics, track progress, identify risks, and create mitigation plans to drive the teams towards their goals.
- As a well-spoken and natural leader, you enjoy building relationships and tackling challenges with high energy and enthusiasm to make things happen.
- Highly organized, with the ability to build roadmaps, track dependencies, and tenaciously resolve blockers
- Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence
- Strong understanding of Lean, Agile (Scrum & Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to apply the appropriate approach based on team needs, environment, and constraints
- Skilled at training and coaching team members on Scrum and XP-related artifacts (DoR, DoD, User Stories, Story Points, etc.) without being pushy
- Displays a 'continuous learning' mindset, always seeking to expand lean/agile knowledge and experience
- Capable of leading distributed and remote teams
- Holds the team accountable to the agreements they set and the commitments they make
- Skilled at socializing and discussing team dashboards (burn-ups, burn-downs, etc.)
- Drives continuous improvement
- Demonstrates servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
- Accountable for coordinating cross-team dependencies and tenaciously removing blockers
- Leads prioritization discussions and helps teams to focus on delivering the highest priorities
