Role Overview – IT Project Management

In this mid-level IT Project Manager role, you will drive the successful delivery of digital, cloud, and software projects across multiple industries. Working with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholder expectations. You will play a pivotal part in translating client goals into practical project plans, managing risks, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities – Project Delivery, Team Leadership, and Stakeholder Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT, cloud, and software projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

Essential Skills and Experience – IT Project Management, Communication, and Leadership

• 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT, cloud, or software projects, ideally within a consultancy or digital solutions environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, MS Project) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Desirable Skills – Agile, Cloud Projects, Software Delivery, Certifications

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) and experience leading Agile project teams.
• Experience in cloud migration, enterprise software delivery, or digital transformation projects.
