As a Business Analyst at Vidoori, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to support technology-enabled project delivery. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into actionable insights and specifications that enable successful digital solutions. Key Responsibilities – Business Process, Requirements Gathering, And Stakeholder Management
- Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for a range of technology and transformation projects.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state workflows.
- Develop use cases, process maps, and requirement specifications to support effective solution design and project delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements alignment and traceability.
- Perform gap analyses and support business process reengineering to help drive operational efficiency and value realisation.
- Assist with change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the implementation of business solutions, supporting stakeholder readiness and adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a business analyst within technology, consulting, finance, or a comparable environment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project delivery frameworks.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Exposure to digital, finance, or technology transformation projects is preferred but not essential.
