Business Analyst – Digital Transformation & Cloud Solutions

As a Business Analyst at Vidoori, you will play a central role in bridging the gap between client requirements and technical delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications for cloud-based and software projects. Your analytical insight will support the delivery of user-centric, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with our commitment to digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities – Business Process Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Solution Delivery

• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for digital and cloud-based solutions.
• Map and improve business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with project goals.
• Translate business and user needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and reviews to gather and confirm requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions, including cloud-native applications and data platforms.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, technical leads, and project managers during the software development lifecycle.
• Assist in change management activities, including communication, training, and documentation, to support successful project outcomes.
• Champion inclusive and user-focused design practices across all deliverables.
  
  

Essential Skills – Business Analysis & Cloud Transformation

• Recognised degree or relevant real-world experience in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a business analysis or requirements gathering role within a digital or technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex business challenges and identify solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience creating process maps, user journey diagrams, and requirements documentation.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their impact on business processes (advantageous).
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in both processes and team culture.
  
  

Desirable Experience – Digital Projects, Agile Methods, and Cloud Ecosystems

• Experience working in agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
• Understanding of digital transformation trends, cloud migration, and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing, change management, or user training for technology projects.
• Exposure to software development lifecycle tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or automation as it relates to business process improvement.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA, AgileBA) are advantageous.
