We're looking for a hands-on Growth Lead who can find opportunities and build the solution—whether that's a product experience, acquisition loop, lifecycle program, partner motion, or lightweight internal tool.
What You'll Build
New acquisition and distribution loops across creators, affiliates, partners, organic channels, and paid programs.
Faster paths from signup to first value, especially during a creator's first 30 minutes with vidIQ.
Personalized onboarding and education based on a creator's size, experience, and goals.
Better purchase experiences across pricing, packaging, checkout, subscriptions, and payment recovery.
Lifecycle experiences that give creators a reason to return and make progress with vidIQ.
Experiments across the complete journey from first touch to engaged, paying, retained creator.
You'll own the complete growth cycle: find the opportunity, define the experience, build or directly enable it, launch it, learn from the result, and decide what comes next.
What You’ll Do
You'll be the DRI for identifying growth opportunities, choosing which ideas deserve a test, and recommending what vidIQ should ramp, revise, hold, or stop.
Prototype ideas and ship to production yourself using a frontier AI stack (Claude Code, Codex) plus a bespoke vidIQ deployment harness that keeps shipping risk low.
Bring in Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance when their expertise materially improves the outcome.
Turn successful experiments into durable product, channel, partner, or lifecycle growth loops.
Build an internal agent brain on what vidIQ tried, learned, scaled, and stopped so the next experiment starts smarter.
What We're Looking For
You genuinely care about solving problems for creators because you are one—with 100 followers or subscribers—or are close to someone who is.
You have a track record of growing B2C, prosumer, subscription, product-led, or creator-economy products.
You're a builder with strong product judgment. You independently identify opportunities, decide what to try, and turn ambiguous problems into working experiences.
You have designed, launched, and analyzed A/B tests that measurably improved activation, conversion, monetization, retention, or efficient acquisition.
You can move comfortably across product, marketing, lifecycle, partnerships, and data without treating organizational boundaries as blockers.
You use AI and automation throughout your workflow to research, prototype, build, and iterate faster while remaining accountable for quality.
You communicate clearly, create momentum without reporting authority, and know when to ask for help.
This Role Is Not
A people-management role or a mandate to build a new team.
A role where other teams do all the building while you coordinate.
A paid-media, lifecycle, CRM, or product-marketing specialist role.
A Growth Product Manager role limited to onboarding, paywalls, or other product surfaces.
A generic Head of Growth role centered on agencies, org design, or executive presentations.
Location&Availability
100% global remote; at least six working hours overlapping 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Compensation
This is a remote position open to candidates worldwide. Employment classification and engagement structure will be determined based on location, legal requirements, and mutual fit.
Our compensation structure includes competitive project-based or monthly rates and, where applicable, stock option grants. Your exact rate will be determined based on your experience, skills, and level, as well as current market benchmarks.
The base compensation range for this role is $140,000 – $200,000 annually (pro-rated based on contract terms).
