An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $130000 - $140000 USD per year.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Drive sales and profitability of labels and tags within the markets we serve
- Promote Marsh Label products and services to increase market share
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Prepare label quotations based on customer application requirements
- Understand customer needs and provide application/technical support as required
- Share customer insights and market trends to influence business strategy
- Collaborate with management, customer service and production to ensure customer needs are being met
- Review and analyse sales data to assess customer performance and identify areas for improvement
- Handle and resolve escalated customer issues with products or services
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree (Technical or Business preferred)
- 3–7 years of B2B sales or technical account management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with customers and team members
- Experience with pressure-sensitive label sales or support preferred
- Strong computer skills are essential
- Ability to work in a multi-faceted roll and adapt to changing demands and work pressures
- Limited overnight travel of less than 5%
