The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $17.00 - $18.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Assembly of products: Follow SOPs, work orders, and specifications to build subassemblies and finished units. Use hand/power tools and basic fixtures.
- Quality: Inspect and test assemblies during and after build; flag defects and support corrective actions.
- Team collaboration: Partner with peers, leads, and engineers to improve flow and resolve issues.
- Safety: Follow all EHS guidelines; PPE (safety glasses and shoes) required in manufacturing areas.
- Troubleshooting: Identify issues during build and escalate/resolve with the appropriate team members.
- Continuous improvement: Participate in training and Kaizen activities to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
- 5S/Housekeeping: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
- Technical skills: Read/interpret SOPs and technical docs; familiarity with hand and power tools; basic measuring.
- Physical: Lift/carry up to 50 lbs; stand, bend, twist, and crouch for extended periods; manual dexterity.
- Detail & problem solving: Strong attention to detail; ability to spot errors and take corrective action; good critical thinking.
- Time management: Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment; organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math: Perform simple calculations for measurements, inventory counts, and logs.
- Environment note: Some work areas are near ink-testing zones; candidates must be comfortable with odors (non-toxic). PPE available.
