The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $17.00 - $18.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Assembly & kitting: Build subassemblies and complete units following standardized work; perform basic kitting when needed.
- In-process quality: Inspect components during build; complete simple tests/measurements; support rework.
- Fast-paced teamwork: Collaborate in a cell environment (CIJ) to meet takt/throughput targets.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to PPE and EHS guidelines; maintain orderly, hazard-free workstations.
- Issue handling: Escalate defects, suggest improvements, and support standardization of best practices.
- Continuous improvement: Participate in Kaizen/5S activities and training.
- Experience: 1 year in manufacturing/assembly preferred; precision/soldering experience is a plus.
- Technical: Read SOPs; use hand/power tools and measuring devices; basic computer use (labels, simple entries).
- Physical: Manual dexterity; lift to 50 lbs; stand/bend/twist throughout shift.
- Environment note: Work near ink materials (odor present, non-toxic); PPE provided (gloves/mask as needed).
