Job Summary
The Warehouse & Delivery Associate is responsible for safely transporting products between store locations, assisting with customer deliveries, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This position requires careful handling of TVs, soundbars, and electronics while ensuring products are loaded, transported, and delivered without damage. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while providing excellent service to customers and supporting daily store operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Transport TVs, soundbars, and other electronics between store locations.
- Deliver products safely to customers' homes.
- Load and unload merchandise without damaging products.
- Verify inventory and paperwork before each transfer or delivery.
- Help organize and maintain the warehouse.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle and report maintenance issues.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory.
- Follow safe lifting practices and company safety procedures.
- Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance when needed).
- Experience driving company vehicles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience.
- Experience handling large TVs and home electronics.
Typical Schedule
- Monday–Friday (with occasional Saturdays if needed)
- 8-hour shifts (or schedule based on business needs)

Pay
- Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.
- Pay increases may be available based on performance evaluations, reliability, job performance, and overall contribution to the company.
