Calling Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, And Growth Marketers!
We are looking for a media buyer/creative strategist for our DFY marketing & sales agency and publishing offers. This role is technically media buying, but is designed for someone who's hungry to grow beyond just managing ads and wants to learn everything from first click to close.
You’ll be a strategic driver of creative strategy and campaign success. Media buying is on Meta and the primary funnel type is VSL call funnels.
This is more than a media buying role... You should have a deep understanding and desire to improve your media buying, creative strategy, copywriting, CRO, and more... It’s a pathway to becoming a growth marketer overseeing all marketing efforts on accounts, offer publishing, or starting your own agency. You'll have plenty of opportunities to influence company-wide strategy, oversee larger budgets, and increase your earning potential.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, funnels, and messaging to maximize ROI
• Manage and improve CRO on VSL call funnels, ensuring seamless user journeys
• Analyze campaign data to identify scaling opportunities
• Develop reports and communicate findings with the team
• Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies
• Collaborate on growth initiatives and contribute ideas beyond media buying
Requirements:
• 3 years of hands-on media buying experience with Facebook/Instagram
• Availability during EST business hours (and flexible to respond outside)
• Strong knowledge of direct response principles and funnel optimization
• Advanced proficiency with Ads Manager and tracking tools (Hyros preferred)
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI creative tools
Compensation:
You'll earn a base commission based on performance. OTE $5,000-8,000 USD/mo with opportunity to take on more accounts as you prove yourself and increase your earning potential.
