Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across multiple U.S. locations.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
- Create and manage job requisitions in TeamTailor.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through phone and virtual interviews.
- Provide candidate recommendations and timely feedback to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure all applicants receive timely disposition and follow-up communications.
- Support recruiting projects and hiring initiatives as needed.
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including manufacturing, operations, professional, finance and corporate roles preferred.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems; TeamTailor experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual interview platforms.
- Six to Nine-month fixed term assignment.
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on hiring volume.
