About Us
Vidaria is building the next generation of security technology — a modern, mobile-first platform that connects people, data, and the physical world through trusted, real-time systems. Our flagship product, GuardTrax, powers field operations for private security teams with live tracking, reporting, schedule management, and intelligent mobile tools. Our second product, HomeCare, modernizes the care economy. We are now actively developing our third product in education.
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help architect, build, and ship systems that operate in real time and support thousands of field personnel.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain core features across our .NET backend, React web app, and React Native mobile app.
- Architect scalable systems using Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and SignalR for real-time events.
- Lead major technical initiatives such as API redesigns, performance overhauls, or platform-wide refactors.
- Collaborate closely with founders on product direction and technical strategy.
- Help define our engineering culture, development practices, and long-term architecture.
- Ship reliable, secure features to production environments used by active customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years experience building and scaling production web applications.
- Strong command of both frontend (React/JS) and backend (.NET/C#) development.
- Experience designing systems with real-time communication, eventing, or streaming is a plus.
- Comfortable working across the stack, owning features end-to-end.
- Strong ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Bonus: Experience with React Native, mobile development, Azure, OR-Tools, or security/IoT platforms.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $85,000 – $135,000
